Hi I'm Natasha Kenny-Moore! I'm a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher (http://www.bwy.org.uk/) and my classes are suitable for beginners as well as the more experienced.
The British Wheel of Yoga qualification is accredited by the BWYQ and is the highest level of yoga teacher training currently available in the UK.
British Wheel of Yoga teachers have been thoroughly trained and assessed in our ability to safely teach a wide range of yoga postures, yoga philosophy, breathing practices, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.
I currently offer two Hatha yoga classes:
Thursday 10-11am @ the annexe building at the back of The Zion Church, Cottingham (£7.00)
Thursday 6.15pm - 7.15pm @ the Zion church, Main Hall, Cottingham (£7.00)

Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are poses (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility), breathing and relaxation techniques. I incorporate a mixture of all these elements in my 1 hour classes.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, you will need to bring all equipment with you. A mat and blanket is necessary. Blocks, yoga belt and eye pillow are optional, but will enhance your practice.
